As I was sitting here pondering why reading to a child seems to be a lost art. I must have read eleventy billion books to my children and countless other children over the years and it just reminded me of one of my favorite illustrators od children's books. Her name is Trina Schart Hyman and man could she bring a book alive with her artristry. I wish she was still alive so she could illustrate many more. Here are a couple of my favs.
