Captchas

I now what captchas are and what they are for but my question is who makes them up, what are the qualifications for the job, do you have any other duties besides making up captchas,  who knows the meanings of the captchas, & what is the pay? I have a few for you. Stmpgoo: noun, the residue left over when you remove your stamp from your envelope for your stamp collection. Goldrnpurty: adjective, something beautiful to an old timer. Slpsldr: verb, what you do when you fall on ice. Do I get the job???
